Every year Freedom Tri hold our very own race - The Duck and Dash.  This is a super friendly pool based Aquathlon (swim and run) for juniors (from 8years) and adults.    The Duck and Dash is suited to both the experienced athlete and to those new to multi-disciplined sport and is a fantastic family event.  Come along and give it a go!

Next years Duck and Dash will provisionally be held on Sunday 7th September 2025 at Letchworth Outdoor Pool.   Date TBC and then bookings will be available.
