Run Training Venues

Run Training:

We have a structured run session once a week, suitable for all abilities and keeps everyone together. Running can occasionally hurt but we try to make it a lot of fun! It’s also the best of the sports for developing your all round fitness. Current sessions are on a Tuesday evening, starting from a Letchworh venue at 19:00 (these vary but currently we meet at the Campus 5 (near Sainsburys)

In the summer the run sessions normally head out into the countryside and use sections of the Letchworth Greenway.

We also hold regular track sessions at Gosling Sports Park.
