Run Training Venues

Run Training:

We have a structured run session once a week, suitable for all abilities and keeps everyone together. Running can occasionally hurt but we try to make it a lot of fun! It’s also the best of the sports for developing your all round fitness. Current sessions are on a Tuesday evening, based at Campus Five in Letchworth (near Sainsbury’s petrol station) at 19:30.

In the summer the run sessions normally head out into the countryside and use sections of the Letchworth Greenway.
