Strength and Conditioning
We are using an external trainer (Laurence King) and Challenge gym for this session, with a trial 6 week period. Starting Wednesday 20th November and running continuously for 6 weeks (except for Christmas Day!) There are 2 sessions at 6.30pm and 7.30pm with 10 available places in each. PLEASE ARRIVE 5-10mins early so that we are ready to start prompt.
Please put your name on the waiting list if the session is fully booked and you will be added to the following week.
Open to FULL MEMBERS ONLY.

You will be asked to sign a fitness declaration prior to the session starting, please ensure you turn up 5mins early so that the session can start on time. This is an example only Laurence King Fitness Triathlon consultation form 1.pdf. You do not need to complete this now.
