Box End Relay race.
Teams of 3. Relay format; each member swims, one after the other - each member bikes, one after the other - each member runs, one after the other.
Event distances - 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run
This is a Brilliant event with your own built in support crowd - i.e. the other team members who are waiting their turn! We'll have the Freedom Gazebo up!!
(Please don't enter the race itself, just register here. We will organise a discount and pay for entry fees then we will ask you to pay Freedom Tri.)
