Box End Relay race update on teams / details:
Box End Relays - 9 Teams have been organised as attached. A great turn out and looking forward to seeing you all on the 21st. The Freedom Gazebo will be up and the Flag flying high!!

The basics are:
Registration: from 6.30am - Only Team Captains collect for their teams. (Please have all race licences ready - you all have BTF membership so should have these depending on level of membership but if not it's £8 in cash on the day.)
Transition closes: 7.45am
First Swimmer starts: 8am
You run out of the swim into transition and pass on the timing chip to Swimmer number 2, same again for Swimmer number 3.
At the end of the swim, Swimmer number 3 runs into transition and passes the timing chip to Bike number 1, etc , etc, etc
Same applies to the run. All handovers take place in the transition area.
The cost is £35 per person (usual price would be £60 per person, so we've got you a fantastic price!). This needs to be paid into the Freedom Bank Account:
