Run to and from Letchworth ParkRun (8 miles total)

This is our run to and from Letchworth ParkRun 5km race.

Your run leader will be John Harris.

Please arrive at 8.10am so John can lead you for a warm up before departing.

He’ll be leaving at 8.20am sharp to make it on time to the race start.

Pace is ~10 minutes per mile pace, but no one left behind!

Once you’ve completed the ParkRun 5km please regroup with John who will lead you back.

Remember to wear your running vest or Freedom colours.
