This is our first every run to and from NHRR 5km race.

Your run leader will be John Harris.

Please arrive at 8.10am so John can lead you for a warm up before departing.

He’ll be leaving at 8.20am sharp to make it on time to the race start.

Pace is 10 minutes per mile pace.

Once you’ve completed the NHRR 5km please regroup with John who will lead you back.

Remember to wear your running vest or Freedom colours.
