Swim TT.
This is a timed 1 lap of the pit.
Standing start and a run into the water. 1 lap anticlockwise swimming inside but as close to the buoys as possible. You will finish by touching the end of the pier where your time will be taken and recorded.
Gates will open at 7.15am so that we can start as close to 7.30am in the water as possible.
Depending on numbers you will set off in either 1 or 2 groups. (This will be organised on the morning.)
If you are able to help time the event, please let me know. All help welcome.
If you want to swim but don't want to take part in the TT, please book on the normal 7.30am Saturday swim session so that we are clear on numbers.
