After a fantastic weekend of super achievements from numerous members including Anna Preistly, John Dyke and Sammy Jay at swim Serpentine and Lindsay Cook at Grafham standard, we look ahead to an Ironman weekend coming up for a few more!!  Best of luck to Mark Lacy and Simon Overell heading off to Tenby for Ironman Wales and to Rachel Carling, Tracey Donovan and myself travelling to Nice for the Ironman World Championships.
