WOW, what an epic weekend with 4 members completing the Windermere 11mile swim yesterday and the Freedom Tri Duck and Dash being a huge success this morning.  Thank you to everyone who helped with this event and special thanks to Matt Cotter and his team for organising.  We've had fantastic feedback from competitors and supporters and it was a super morning with smiles all round!!

Looking forward, training will be building up slowly again as we take the transition from Summer to Autumn and we also have a very special SAVE THE DATE for you to put into your diaries:

Saturday 9th November 2024 - 7.30pm - The Freedom Tri Annual Awards Evening. (The Stables, Three Horseshoes, Letchworth). More information to come, but please do keep this date free as we'd love to see you all there.

Running Club will be back on Tuesday 10th September 7pm. Venue TBC.

Coached Swimming will be back on Friday 4th October at St Christopher School, Letchworth.
