Reminder...  it is the clubs Duck n Dash event this weekend - Sunday 1st September!!  It is a record year with a last minute flurry of sign ups which is brilliant news for Freedom Tri.  This is our event of the year so please, please get in touch with the committee (committee@freedomtri.co.uk) ASAP if you can help as we need more people to help especially with marshalling the course on the day!
