This weekend sees the Freedom Club Aquathlon - 1 lap swim / 5km run.  Saturday 29th June 7am.  Sign up on the events. Details TBC.

Sunday 21st July - Box End Sprint Relays - This is a 3 team relay format, where all members swim (one after the other), bike (one after the other) and run (one after the other.) It is a great Freedom day out. We've organised a discount so that the cost is £35/member. (We enter the race and pay up front for you and then you pay us.) You just need to register your name individually to the event listed on the Freedom calendar. If you know the team of 3, then great but if you want to enter yourself and we'll put you in teams, then that's great too! We'll put another post up this week!
