Freedom Family BBQ.  Bring the family and your swimming costume for a couple of hours at Letchworth Outdoor Pool.  Free BBQ and a chilled social evening Friday 15th 6.45-9pm. 

Swim TT.  Two laps of the lake.  You swim and we time you… simples!!  Saturday 16th morning 7am.  (Arrive 6.50. Briefing 7am. Start by 7.10am)
